Both Advisers and Employees of Orb are responsible for implementing our mission statement in line with the Professional Standards, Compliance and Training and Competence scheme of OrbFinancial Services.
Current Position
The primary objective of our 'Treating Customers' Fairly' plan is to ensure we meet the FSA's directive that “firms must pay due regard to the interests of their customers and treat them fairly”.
